For once the great British summer came good and gave the annual Waddington International Airshow fairly much perfect weather. Despite there being less participation from RAF aircraft this year and no USAF presence there was still plenty of interest and some unusual formation flypasts. There was also the added attraction of the Swedish Historic Flight with their Saab Viggen, Saab J29 Tunnan and Saab 105 aircraft which were a delight to see in the Lincolnshire skies. The following photographs show aircraft that were in the flying display and some of those within the static.
